LeoTRAK-Online is a web based tracking, monitoring and fleet management system that provides global access to monitor vessels, vehicles, personnel and other assets worldwide. The secure web portal allows access to view street level maps and satellite imagery to easily pin-point asset locations and areas of incidence.

SYSTEM
LeoTRAK-Online supports a range of tracking and monitoring hardware that is attached to the customers’ asset. The satellite tracking hardware is configured to send message reports back to LeoTRAK-Online’s data server, these messages contain information such as the assets latitude/longitude, speed, heading and status. The backend server stores and processes this information, monitoring for any alarms or incidences that may have eventuated. Depending on where the asset is or what events have happened the system may automatically dispense alarm notifications to users in conjunction with compiling reports and visual indicators made available through the web interface. LeoTRAK-Online can integrate with a range of different communication technologies such as GSM and Iridium Satellite to provide customers with a solution that meets both their coverage and budget requirements.

Vehicle & Fleet Tracking Fleet and vehicle tracking enables the management and location reporting of all types of vehicles, trucks, trains, cars, construction vehicles, planes, helicopters, buses and the like. Features such as SMS or email alarms on the opening of cab and container doors, engine start/stop, speed alarms and breaching of pre-defined GEO fenced areas contribute to the safety of the fleet and staff

Vessel Tracking
Simple tracking of marine-craft and vessels using Global Positioning System (GPS) data is made possible through the use of a beam LeoTRAK terminal. Locating ant tracking vessels via a web based application anywhere on earth is also available using the Beam LeoTRAK Geo-location Information System (GIS)

Aeronautical Tracking
Beam tracking terminals enable the management and location reporting of all types of aircrafts. To use Direct Internet Data Service, you need a compatible PC or laptop, a data cable, an Iridium phone and an Iridium SIM card. You must also install the Direct Internet 2.0 software on your computer.

The application also responds to certain received requests and alarms in an appropriate manor as required and this can avoid the need for having personnel available onsite for monitoring. Currently it is heavily used within the oil and gas, energy, transportation and natural resource management sectors.

Vessel Monitoring Systems (VMS): Vessel monitoring systems (VMS) are an essential spatial management and monitoring tool which can accurately locate vessels on a periodic basis. It enables the appropriate Authority to be notified when a vessel enters a closed or restricted area, or approaches port for example. VMS information can be potentially used in any subsequent prosecution(s) or infringement proceeding(s) that may arise in relation to a vessel's activity. As a result all data must be collected and processed in such a manner as to ensure the integrity of the location, and the unambiguous identification of the transmitting vessel. A VMS system typically stores and analyses data received from the VMS equipment via the transmission of short data messages, including position reports sourced from the Global Positioning System (GPS).

The International Maritime Organization (IMO) implement Long Range Identification and Tracking (LRIT) as a new regulation that is mandatory for ship/vessel position reporting.

Beam’s IridiTRAK terminal can send the position and status via Short Burst Data messages for any vessel at sea.

The intelligent IridiTRAK terminal provide an intelligent tracking interface that allows the unit to be configured so that position reports can be sent upon various activities taking place such as lat/long/speed/direction/height as well as the status of alarms or digital inputs as configured on the terminal.
