The RST425 Data Modem is a robust data terminal providing access to simple Short Burst Data communications for the Iridium network from or to anywhere on earth. Designed to be easily used by proving both a Serial Data interface as well as convenient 9 – 32V DC power input.

Support Short Burst Data only:
The 9601 SBD Transceiver combines the global coverage of the Iridium satellite constellation with the low latency of the Iridium Short Burst Data Service (SBD) in a small, low-cost transceiver design. The 9601 is a lower cost, Iridium Satellite LLC manufactured product designed as an OEM module for integration into applications that only use the Iridium two packet based Short Burst Data Service.
Short Burst Data applications are supported through an RS232 interface.

The latest Iridium 9522B L-Band transceiver is a stand-alone module that provides developers a module that can be integrated into application based equipment or dedicated terminal developments.
The 9522B LBT is intended for incorporation into a final Iridium application / product that would supply power to the unit as well as the appropriate data and or voice interface.
Data applications are also supported through an RS-232 serial interface and the 9522B uses the DPL bus for digital voice communications.

The IsatDock DRIVE supports Tracking & Alert functionality via the dedicated in-built GPS engine. Tracking messages can be pre configured to support periodic reporting, manual position report update via button press, remote polling or the sending of an emergency alert messages all via SMS or SMS to email.
IsatDock DRIVE tracking and alert messages can be simply sent to Beam’s LeoTRAK-Online or any other tracking application.
Tracking messages can be sent from the IsatDock DRIVE via the following means;

1. Periodic position reporting, preset during configuration of the terminal.
2. Upon an alert being activated via the Alert button on the cradle or connected alert button
3. A current location position can be sent at anytime by pressing the Track button on the front of the IsatDock DRIVE

Alert/Alarm messages can be activated on the IsatDock DRIVE using the two button press on the front of the cradle or alternatively an additional alert button or other trigger can be connected to the unit. Once configured the alert system is always on and will generate an alert message to the preset destination once triggered. Alerts can be triggered to continually send until the alert is cleared either remotely or locally on the IsatDock DRIVE unit.

PotsDOCK docking station for the latest Iridium 9555 satellite telephone is a highly featured docking unit that provides RJ11 / POTS connectivity for utilising standard telephone equipment to make and receive telephone calls as well as providing the option of tracking or alert management through the inbuilt GPS. The SHOUT ts is a handheld, global, two-way satellite messaging and personal tracking device. It utilizes Iridium’s short burst data (SBD) service to provide location information determined by a GPS receiver, two-way inbound and outbound status, text messaging, and emergency/alert notifications.
The SHOUT ts is designed with ultra-low power consumption electronics drawing less than 35μA during sleep. With an internal 1.95 A-Hr rechargeable Li-Ion battery, it can send a position report every hour for up to two months (about 1,500 reports). The SHOUT ts is equipped with a high resolution color touchscreen supporting transmission of free-text, canned messages and a combination of free-text and canned messages.
Similar to a “smart” phone, the menu options are displayed as icons for quick access. The device can periodically wake up from sleep to send its position report to a command center.
