Beam recommends that the Iridium 9555 is operated with a firmware version of HT11001 or higher for optimal usage. If your handset shows a firmware version greater than HT11001 then you do not need to upgrade.
If your handset requires a firmware upgrade, please download the firmware file below and follow the instructions included with the release notes to upgrade the Iridium 9555 handset.
