IsatPhone Pro Compulsory Transceiver Firmware Update

Affected Products: IsatDock MARINE, IsatDock PRO, IsatDock DRIVE and IsatDock LITE

Dear Customer,

The IsatPhone Pro firmware update to 5.17.2 is compulsory to IsatDock users covered by the I-4 F2 EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) satellite region. Beginning August 1, 2017, users on earlier transceiver firmware version will be rejected by the network in compliance with India National Telecommunication Regulations.

The latest IsatPhone Pro firmware version 5.17.2 is compatible with the Beam IsatDock Docking Stations. To upgrade the IsatPhone Pro firmware, please go to the Inmarsat IsatPhone Pro support page for instructions.

Note: The IsatPhone Pro can only be updated while out of the dock using the IsatPhone Pro firmware upgrade tool.
