My wireless PTT handset does not charge on the gateway/cradle.

The wireless PTT handset can operate from -20 deg C to 60 deg C.

Charging on the other hand is only enabled automatically by the handset when the temperature is within safe charging temperature on the following thresholds:

0 deg C to 10 deg C - charging is enabled but current is limited for safe charging.
10 deg C to 45 deg C - charging is enabled, no current limitation.
45 deg C to 60 deg C - charging is enabled but current is limited for safe charging.
Below 0 deg C or beyond 60 deg C - charging is disabled as it is not safe for the battery.

Note: When a wireless PTT handset is docked in the gateway/cradle and the wireless PTT handset temperature is beyond the safe charging temperature, the handset will not charge but switch still on.
